The present invention relates to liquid compositions comprising a peroxygen bleach and a specific polyamine, or mixtures thereof. The present invention further encompasses a process for pretreating soiled f abrics and/or soiled colored fabrics, for reducing the c olor damage of said colored fabrics and/or for reducing the loss of tensile stren gth in said fabrics.
