The container (33) is tightly joined to a two-part housing (30) and or to a second container. The upper part (1) of the housing has a connecting flange (6). A filler pipe (4) has a lifting appliance (5) and lid-raising system (40). The lower housing part (2) has an outlet (26). The housing lower part rotates on a rotary axle (20) in relation to the housing upper part. A lid (8) closing the opening is over the lid-raising system and is raised together with a lid (24) closing the movable container (33). The outlet of the housing lower part is positioned near one axis (21) of the filler pipe and thereby creates a tight connection between the connecting flange and the outlet.
