The manufacturing method is for a cable fitted with a connector. The cable is made of multiple electrical cables (10A, 10B, 10C) each with a conductive core and an insulating sheath. The electrical cables are cut at one of the outer surfaces of the connector housing block (35A, 35B, 35C). The cables are stripped at the outer surface. A contact region is then formed for each core on the outer surface of the connector housing block. In one embodiment the individual insulating sheaths of the cables are connected outside the area which is provided with the connector housing block by injection moulding.
