The connection structure can connect the film to the reader with high reliability. The reader has a reader main body in which a first hole and a second hole are formed at the rear portion with respect to the conveying direction of the reader. The sheet member having the projections is fixed on the leader body such that the projections extend across the respective first holes. The film having the hole at the tip is connected to the reader body by inserting the tip of the film through the second hole in the first hole until the protrusion engages the hole formed in the film.
