METHOD FOR CONTROL STERILIZATION OF TABLE -WARE DRYER

The control method initially operates the heater and the pan up to the set temperature to dry dishes. The sterilization lamp is then turned on to sterilize the dishes. The lamp, heater and fan are differentially turned off at respective times set in advance to improve the sterilization effect. The method comprises the steps of : (1) driving the fan and heater with the indicator lamp on for automatic dry mode and turning on the 1st timer ; (2)turning on the sterilization lamp and the 2nd timer at the temperature of the dry chamber reaching to the set temperature of heating ; (3) upon finding the elapse of the time set for operation by the timer, turning off the 2nd timer and the lamp; (4) upon the elapse of the time set on the 1st timer, turning off the 1st timer, heater, fan and indicator lamp in order.
