The sample analyzer having a long optical transmission distance is constructed to extend the optical transmission distance to thereby improve detection sensitivity of a sample. The sample analyzer having the long optical transmission distance comprises: a sample developing means(11); a light source means for supplying optical beam to the sample; a column cell(10) for collecting the optical beam on the sample to make the optical beam and the sample interactive; and a detector(40) for detecting the light emitted from the column cell(10), wherein the column cell(10) includes a column(20) in the interior thereof, which has an axial direction through hole(22) and a radius direction channel(24) in such a manner that the end of the through hole(22) is connected to the channel(24), and the channel(24) is arranged in the same direction as the irradiated light beam.
