According to the present invention, there is provided a continuous porous breathable ceramic sound absorbing material which is a fired panel containing 80 to 90 parts by weight of porous porous inorganic granules having 20 to 60% of pores and 10 to 20 parts by weight of an inorganic binder, a manufacturing method thereof, and a sound absorbing material installation structure applying the same. The sound absorbing material is excellent in sound resistance, water resistance, salt water, cold resistance, fire resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, and there is no problem of weakening the performance as a sound absorbing material.
