Disclosed are a photodetector integrated semiconductor laser device for a monitor and an optical pick-up device employing the same as a light source.;The disclosed semiconductor laser contact is provided on a semiconductor substrate, a first reflector layer, an active layer and a second reflector layer sequentially stacked on the semiconductor substrate, a first electrode layer formed on the bottom of the substrate, and an upper surface of the second reflector layer.
