FIELD: agriculture, biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: strain of yeast Exophiala nigrum A-9 is obtained by treatment of the strain E. nigrum R-11 with nitrosomethylurea. Strain is deposited in Collection of Industrial Microorganisms at N "ЦКПМ" Y-521. Strain is cultured on the nutrient medium containing the complex mineral fertilizer and sugar, at 16-23 C up to the maximal cells accumulation. Obtained cultural fluid is used for treatment of seeds or vegetating plants. EFFECT: new yeast strain indicated above. 3 tbl
