FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing air-permeable device for performing delivery, and/or unloading, and/or cold treating, and/or cooling, and/or holding, and/or storage, and/or stockpiling, and/or transportation. Air-permeable container has at least three walls defining three-dimensional structure, rigid pallet with continuous or partially air-permeable working surface and power carcass and/or air-permeable guard with at least two opposed walls formed as rod-like power members connected through air-permeable barrier in the form of grate or net. Container is further provided with upper and lower supporting members with curved supporting surface. When nested one within the other, supporting members coincide with respecting supporting members of adjacent container. Storage of products is provided by supplying cooled air into refrigeration chamber through openings positioned in upper third of height of one wall of refrigeration chamber to obtain temperature of 0-8 C.
