If static friction torque is detected on stationary rotor shaft, it is good practice to use process of starting at which in contrast to starting process indicated above, prior to applying current pulses to control winding by position pickup signal, three current pulses are supplied alternately to starter winding, control winding and to starter winding again by signal coming from position pickup.
