SUBSTANCE: method involves performing in vitro cultivation of embryos together with seed envelope, with seed being preliminarily divided into two parts; crushing envelope of small seeds without damaging or with partial damage of embryo, with nutrient medium serving as endosperm in case of immature endosperm; successively transplanting immature embryos with portion of seed envelope to provide for further maturing of embryos and growing of plants in nutrient media with different concentration of growth promoters. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced labor intensity, improved establishment of embryos.
