FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: seeds are cut at transverse plane of their section without embryo damage or seed envelopes are crushed without damage or with partial damage of embryo. Then seeds prepared by this manner are cultured on liquid or agarized medium in vitro. In the process of culturing seeds are transplanted successively for their further development on media at different concentrations of growth regulating agents and for plants obtaining from these seeds. Method is used for culturing in vitro embryos isolated from seeds and multiplication of plant species exhibiting difficultly germinating seeds.
