The stand (1) with head plate (2) and bottom guide (3) has a telescope element (4) held in a central guide tube (5). An operating lever (6) is joined to the telescope via connector (7). Ties (8) preferably in the form of rubber cords are fixed to the head plate (2) and guide tube (5) and a platform (9) freely joined to the free top end of the telescope (4) mounts the assembly plate (10). The telescope is led through the tube (5) and the lever (6) can be locked by arrester (17) in its bottom lifting setting. The foldable guide elements (3) are hinged to the stand (1), and the angle of the platform can be infinitely arrested to requirement. The guide tube is guided by rollers (12) at the level of the guides (3) and the entire system can be run into place on wheels (13). When freed from its bottom by the released arrester (17), the cords (8) raise the tube (5), lever (6) and connector (7) vertically upwards and so extend the telescope still further together with platform (9) and plate (10).
