The vibration damper, usually under the form of blocks (1), is designed to receive the emerging part of some form of construction. Each block is made from elastically deformable material. Reinforcing elements are incorporated in its thickness. The reinforcing elements are made up of rigid or semi-rigid frames (2) embedded between beds (1a). They are made from the vulcanisation of elastomers derived notably from used tyres.
