PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleanness by agitating and drying clothes for clean room and its accessory washed while supplying a hot air or a dry air and ozone while preventing electrification and also dusting and sterilizing them. ;SOLUTION: In the air in which ionic electron and ozone are generated by an ionizer 30, fine dust incorporated in the air is remove by an air cleaner 32, and the air is heated by a heater 34 and blasted. The clothes, etc., for the clean room are dried by agitation. A driving device 20 is disposed at the outside of a frame 24, the inner diameter of a shaft hole 22 of a shaft passing through the frame 24 is formed a little larger than the outer diameter of the shaft 21 and a gap is provided. In this way, the dust is not caused by making the rotating shaft 21 in contact with the frame 24, and also even if the dust is caused, the dust is prevented from entering into an inner part by generating the air flow flowing to outside through the gap from an air duct 36 side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
