PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of automatically and safely sampling fresh tea leaves from a leaf supplier. ;SOLUTION: An opening part is provided on a side wall near a position for feeding the fresh tea leaves inside the leaf supplier 1 and this device is constituted of the sampling means of the fresh tea leaves which is a container 2 whose upper part is opened for which the front part of a bottom plate 3 is turned to the structure of a hinge 6 and made freely vertically openable and closable, the bottom plate 3 is closed when the container 2 is inserted from the opening part of the side wall of the leaf supplier 1 to the inside and the bottom plate 3 is opened to a lower part when it is pulled out and an actuator for taking the sampling means in and out of the opening part of the side wall of the leaf supplier 1.
