PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper exchanger for a patient such as a bedridden old person by which manual work can be eliminated as far as possible, and which is simple in mechanism, lightweight, and easy in assembly and disassembly. ;SOLUTION: Frame work is provided with four vertical frame members 2 erected on the handrails in the four corners of a bed, front and rear two end frame members 3 that have been detachably fitted on the vertical frame members, and right and left two horizontal frame members 4 that have been detachably fitted on the end frame members 3; and a lifting gear 8 such as a jack is erected on the jack supporting plate 9 that has been stridedly provided on the right and left two horizontal frame members 4, and two supporting bars 10 are provided on the lifting gear 8 so as to be parallel to the horizontal frame members 4. On these two parallel supporting bars 10, a rope 16 to which a piece of toweling for lifting leg joints is detachable and a pair of ropes 20, 21 to which a piece of toweling for lifting the waist is detachable are respectively fitted so as to be adjustably moved in the forward and rearward directions, so that a patient can be lifted up by means of front and rear pieces of toweling by driving the lifting gear 8 for enabling the exchange of a diaper.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
