PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such preventing technique that the raw material slurry injected from a lance nozzle is stuck to a part of the injecting surface of a nozzle tip causing to obstructing of uniform atomization of the raw material slurry at the time of producing a mold flux. ;SOLUTION: A producing method of mold flux is executed by giving the lance nozzle the vibration at the time of injecting and drying the raw material flux of the mold flux for continuously casting a steel under high temp. atmosphere through the lance nozzle set as a cantilever state in an atomizing dry tower. At the time of performing this method, a hitting device 30 for hitting the fitting base part of the lance nozzle is arranged and/or the tip part of ultrasonic vibration is faced to the raw material slurry flowed out in the lance nozzle. By this method, since the sticking of the raw material slurry to the tip part of the lance nozzle can be prevented, the abnormal injection from the nozzle is eliminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
