PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote execution efficiency by loading each of holding plates formed in a specific shape to each of bolts provided in the structural body at specific intervals and fixing a sheet-like body to the structural body. ;SOLUTION: When a beam is reinforced with a resin impregnation carbon fiber-sheet, a holding plate 14A applying an adhesive thereto is fitted to a stud 12 planted to the beam 1, and the stud 12 is tightened with a nut 13 to fix the sheet 11 to the beam 1. In that case, the holding plate 14A is formed in the shape of a parallelogram, and since a side 14Aa2 is inclined to the fibrous direction of the sheet 11, fibers of the sheet 11 are equally fixed at a part 11a close to the upper end even if a gap 15 is formed between two sides 14Aa2 facing each other. Then, since the diameter of a bolt hole 14Ab in the holding plate 14A is slightly larger than that of the stud 12, force can be speedily and surely transferred to the stud 12 from the holding plate 14A. By the constitution, the upper end of the sheet can be surely prevented from being separated, no boring of the bolt hole can be required in the site, the holding plate can cope with an error in a bolt driving position and, at the same time, it can be easily manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
