DEVICE FOR TAKING OUT SEEDLING IN VEGETABLE TRANSPLANTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for taking out a seedling in a vegetable transplanter capable of preventing leaves of seedlings from coiling by installing a means for preventing the coiling. ;SOLUTION: This device for taking out a seedling in a vegetable transplanter has a seedling- placing platform for placing a seedling tray thereon, a pair of seedling-taking out tines 37, 37 installed so as to freely move between the position for taking out the seedling from the seedling tray on the seedling-placing platform and the position for releasing the seedling, a seedling-pushing out means for pushing out the seedling at the seedling-releasing position and advancing and retreating along the side periphery surface of the tip part of the seedling- taking out tines 37, 37 and a seedling-planting tine receiving the released seedling and planting the seedling on a ridge. Further, a pair of pushing out parts 73b, 73b having ring shapes and freely fitted on the respective pair of the seedling-taking out tines 37, 37 at the tip sides and supporters 73a, 73a for supporting the pushing out parts 73b, 73b are installed. Moreover, coiling preventing means 74 for preventing a leaf of the seedling from coiling around the supporters 73a, 73a are installed on the seedling-taking out tines 37, 37 and the coiling preventing means 74 is constituted by coiling preventing parts 74a, 74a at just above the pushing out parts 73b, 73b and freely fitting on the outer peripheries of the respective seedling- taking out lines 37, 37, and a dividing part 74b for integrally connecting the both coiling preventing parts 74a, 74a and dividing between the supporters 73a, 73a and the leaf of the seedling.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
