PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable seedling planting device in a greenhouse, lower price than a conventional vegetable seedling planting device in a greenhouse, while forming a plurality of ridges on the whole surface of the ground in a greenhouse without making movement space of vegetable seedling planting implements on the ground and effectively using the whole ground in a greenhouse as ridges, and to provide a vegetable seedling transplanting method facilitating work. PSOLUTION: This vegetable seedling planting device in a greenhouse comprises setting two guide rails 2 and 3 along ridges from end to end on the most outside of a plurality of ridges U and U which are formed on the ground in a greenhouse 1, supporting mobile rails 4 and 5 in a movable manner to the ridge U direction by bridging over both the guide rails 2 and 3, and setting on the mobile rails 4 and 5, an implement stand 6 on which vegetable seedling planting implements 7 can be loaded, in a slidable manner to the direction of the mobile rails 4 and 5.
