PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily stabilize the locus of a head motion by forming a rubber grip attached to a gold club shaft out of a reinforcing layer of resin containing reinforcement fiber or rubber containing reinforcement fiber, and a cushion layer of rubber laid outside the reinforcing layer and formed without containing a reinforcing layer. SOLUTION: A rubber grip 3 attached to an FRP golf club shaft 2 like a carbon shaft is formed out of a laminated body containing layers 11 to 15. The layer 11 is an innermost layer and formed as a cushion layer made of rubber not, containing reinforcement fiber. Also, the layer 13 is a reinforcing layer made of resin containing reinforcement fiber or rubber containing reinforcement fiber, and provided to increase the rigidity of the grip part 1 of the shaft 2. Furthermore, the layer 15 is an outermost layer as a cushion layer made of rubber not containing reinforcement fiber. Also, the layers 11, 15 and 13 are fixed via auxiliary layers 12 and 14, and epoxidized natural rubber, nitrile rubber or the like is used as rubber to form the auxiliary layers 12 and 14.
