PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the occurrence of noise out of a guiding leg part at the time of running at a very high speed. ;SOLUTION: Rods 1 and 2 capable of freely advancing/retreating in the width direction of a rolling stock, are joined to the respective right and left ends of paired upper and lower fairing plates 15 disposed at the outer end surface of a frame 12 covering a guiding leg, a guiding rod 3 is provided for a center line between, the right and left rods 1 and 2, which permits a receiving plate 4 provided for the outer end of a tire axle 10 at the leg raised-up position to abut against the aforesaid guiding rod, also joins the inner end with a compression spring 5a, and freely advances/retreats in parallel with each rod 1 and 2. The slots at the outer ends of paired right and left levers 7 and 8 where each slot 25 in the longer direction is provided for the outer end, and each slot 25 in the longer direction is also provided for the inner end, are loosely engaged with axial pins 27 provided for the right and left rods 1 and 2, the slots at the inner end side are also loosely engaged with axial pins provided for guiding arm, pivots planted so as to be provided for the frame 12, are fitted in shaft holes provided for places close to the slots at the inner sides of the right and left levers 7 and 8 in such a way as to be freely rotatable, and the fairing plates 15 are so constituted as to be opened/closed as the tire axle 10 is displaced at the time of the leg lowered down/the leg raised up.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
