PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fitting a housing case to a base body so as to be freely exchangeable, to easily select and take-out a housing object inside the housing case and to reduce fly-out or fall-off from the housing case at the time of taking-out the contained object. ;SOLUTION: The upper end part 3a of the base body 3 which is formed by a material provided with an elasticity such as a synthetic resin or rubber, etc., with flexibility is fixed by sewing, etc., on the outer surface of a pocket 2 in clothes such as a fishing vest, etc., a lower end part 3b is fitted on the outer surface of the pocket 2 so as to be attachable/detachable by surface adhering materials 4 and 5, a front part and the lower end part 3b are formed in a hinge part so as to be opened upwards between the upper end part 3a and the front part, a housing case main body 7 is attached in a fishing line intrusion preventing body 3d which is integratedly formed in a projecting shape in the front part of the base body 3 freely attachably/detachably by the surface adhering material so as to permit the cover body 6 of the containing case A to be at an outer side and the projected fishing line intrusion preventing body 3d is formed so as to permit an inner side to be stuck to the containing case A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
