An eccentric turning body is fixed to the main body case 1. An eccentric shaft disposed in a machine frame is inserted to this turning body and the main body case 1 is eccentrically turned through the eccentric shaft, by which the leaf tea in the respective sieving chambers 5 to 8 in the main body case 1 is sieved. The rear surface net of the meshes coarser than the meshes of the front surface net 4 is spread in parallel under the front surface net 4 in the sieving chamber 8 spread with the front surface net 4 of the finest meshes to form the gap 19.
