PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a pressurizing pump by interrupting the operation of the pressurizing pump in case a filter clogs and to announce the same to a user. SOLUTION: A current sensing sensor 20 senses the operating current of the pressurizing pump 3 and outputs the voltage value proportional to the operating current. A microcomputer 50 outputs a 'low' level signal from an output terminal Out2 to an inverter IC1 when the voltage value impressed from the current sensing sensor 20 deviates from a normal voltage value. As a result, a power source Vcc impressed on a relay RY is shut off and the power source Vcc is shut off as well. The microcomputer 50 outputs a 'high' level signal from an output terminal Out1 to an inverter IC2 when the voltage value impressed from the current sensing sensor 20 deviates from the normal voltage value. As a result, a light emitting diode LED is turned on by impressing the Vcc thereon.
