PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen swirling draft generated within a pad holder to prevent dust from scattering by fixing a pad to a motor rotation shaft by the pad holder mounted on an upper surface of a permeable pad, and forming ventilation sections on one or more parts of the pad holder. ;SOLUTION: A permeable pad 3 is installed to freely rotate in an inside 2b of a pad cover 2, and rotated at high speed by a driving belt 4V laid between the motor 4 and the pad 3. And, the pad 3 is fixed to a rotation shaft 3a of a pad holder 3X, and air vents 3Xa... are bored on a circumference part of the pad holder 3X. And each air vent 3Xa sends swirling draft generated in a bottom space into the pad holder 2 by high speed rotation of the pad 3. Thereby, the strong swirling draft is generated on the upper surface of the pad 3, further, the swirling draft flows out to the upperside through each air vent 3Xa to increase gas quantity sent into a filter bag 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
