PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain 'a silk fabric dyed by the Japanese 'Yuzen' technique subjected to fluff decoration' having formed a new beautiful decorative pattern full of variety which can not be expressed by the conventional Japanese 'Yuzen' technique on the surface of the fabric and to provide a method capable of readily and rapidly mass-producing a silk fabric dyed by the Japanese 'Yuzen' technique. ;SOLUTION: A means for forming a fluff-like gradation by capillary permeation of a dyeing solution at a fixed position of a pattern outline formed on the surface of a fabric and a means for arranging at least one pattern piece 1 composed of a permeable fiber having formed a permeable fluff 11 on the periphery on a fabric C to be dyed, permeating one or plural kinds of colored dyeing solutions to the pattern piece 1 to transfer and to form a pattern corresponding to the pattern piece 1 on the fabric C to be dyed and developing a fluff-like gradation by capillary permeation of the dyeing solution at a fixed position of the pattern outline are adopted. Consequently a new field of technical art of dyed article in a silk fabric dyed by the Japanese 'Yuzen' technique can be cultivated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
