PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for coupling a leader with photographic film by which an adhesive tape for coupling the leader with the photographic film is unnecessitated and the leader is separated from the photographic film and the leader after separating the photographic film is reused efficiently. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with an aligning means 543 for aligning coupling holes 75 and 76 formed on the photographic film with engaging holes 275 and 276 formed on a leader main body 210 in a state where the leading edge of the photographic film is positioned on the surface of a leader main body 210, and piercing means 545 and 546 making the rear ends 295 and 296 of an engaging piece 290 in a carrying direction pierce the coupling holes 75 and 76 formed on the photographic film and the engaging holes 275 and 276 formed on the leader main body 210 aligned by the means 543 in the state where the leading edge of the photographic film is positioned on the surface of the main body 210.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
