PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction capable of ensuring easy and proper manufacture by a remote operation. ;SOLUTION: A container lid 27 of corrosion resistant material is fitted to a cylindrical container 26 of corrosion resistant material formed to have an open upper end and to be capable of housing an inner layer container 20. In addition, a welding ring 28 of corrosion resistant material made of the same material as the corrosion resistant material of the container 26 or 27, and formed to have the same outer diameter as the container 26 and an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the container 26, is placed on the upper fitted part of the containers 26 and 27. Then, the container 26 and the welding ring 28, and the ring 28 and the lid 27 are respectively welded to each other (weld parts 29 and 30), and an outer layer container 25 of corrosion resistant material is thereby manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
