PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a looker or a player enjoy himself since a subject is abundant in decorative properties and unexpectedness by a method wherein a rotary decorative body is so constituted as to have a shape having at least a portion of an outer profile inside a virtual circle circumference. SOLUTION: When rotary axial cores 2 are so superimposed as to be thoroughly laid on each other, a relation is provided wherein at least a portion of either outer profile exists inside the other outer profile of a central longitudinal section. Then, a rotary decorative body has at least two kinds of central sectional shapes being is such the relation. Further, in the rotary decorative body, a defected section part 8 is provided wherein in one horizontal section 3 at its partial specific position, a part containing an outer periphery 7 of a virtual plane 6 surrounded with a virtual circle circumference 5 obtained by taking the longest diameter d from the rotary axial core of a toy to its outer periphery 4 as a radius, is lost, and at least a portion of the outer profile is provided inside the virtual circle periphery 5. Thereby, a looker or a player can be made pleasant more than conventionally.
