PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct the unevenness of an uneven settlement in a narrow site by correcting the unevenness by the floatation of floating earth pressure, dispersing the rotating earth pressure by a regulating consolidation device, and miniaturizing a consolidation screw mechanism. ;SOLUTION: A base frame mechanism is vertically inserted to the ground adjacently to the foundation 19 of an unevenly settled foundation part 45, and an insert arm 16 is brought into contact therewith to assemble a screw consolidation device. The drive motor 33 of each device is connected to a hydraulic device, and excavation is performed with a top end part screw 27 for the portion of its length by the rotation of the motor 33. Then, the excavation is continued to a prescribed depth while adding a supplementary screw 28. A consolidating material is inputted through a consolidating material input port 1 and fed by reversely rotating the conveyor-and-consolidation screw, and consolidated by the top end part screw 27. When the consolidation is progressed, the screw 27 is pushed up by the consolidation reaction.
