MANAGEMENT JOB ASSISTANT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR BUILDING MONITORING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management job assistant device/method of a building monitoring system which enables even a person who has not so much knowledge of the electrical equipments to surely specify and handle the equipments at a site where an alarm is produced in a building. ;SOLUTION: At the side of a building monitoring system 1, a data editing part 3 calculates and edits the data on the positions, types and handling methods of equipments placed at an alarm occurrence site based on a data base 2 contained in a building management computer when an alarm is inputted from an electrical equipment of the site in a building. Then the part 3 sends the edited data to an unmanned vehicle 4. The vehicle 4 automatically runs to the alarm occurrence position, e.g., a cabinet 5 based on the received data and also shows the positions, types, etc., of equipments of the alarm occurrence site which are described in the edited data via a display device at the position of the cabinet 5. At the same time, the vehicle 4 outputs in voices the alarm handling method described in the editing data via a voice synthesizer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
