PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing at low cost the subject wine having well-balanced taste with integrated feeling between tea and sparkling wine without the need of substantial design change of a conventional beer production equipment. ;SOLUTION: In the filtration process for filtering, using a filter machine 3, 1st wort is obtained; subsequently, sparkling hot water is fed from a hot water storage tank 10 to obtain 2nd wort. The above sparkling hot water contains tea extract.
