PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing at low cost the subject wine having well-balanced taste with integrated feeling between tea and sparkling wine without the need of substantial design change of a conventional beer production equipment. ;SOLUTION: In the filtration process for filtering, using a filter machine 3, 1st wort is obtained; subsequently, sparkling hot water is fed from a hot water storage tank 10 to obtain 2nd wort. The above sparkling hot water contains tea extract. The extraction of the tea extract into the sprinkling hot water is conducted by charging tea leaves into the above hot water in the tank 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
