TAB STICKING DEVICE OF REEL FORMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a sheet of released paper from a tab without peeling off this tab from a reel by installing a pressing means pressing a presser roller to the start end of a web whenever a detecting means detecting this start end of the web has detected this start end. ;SOLUTION: When a sensor 25 detects the start end of a web, an actuator 12 is operated on the basis of a signal out of this sensor 25, and a presser roller 14 is forcibly pressed to a peripheral surface of a reel 100. With rotation of this reel 100, the presser roller 14 and two paper winding shafts 16 and 17 rotated, feeding a tip side of the presser roller 14 with a tab of a tab reel 105, and the start end of the web is tacked to the peripheral surface of the reel 100, and simultaneously since it recovers two released paper pieces 104a and 104b after peeling off them from the tab, the released paper 104a is easily peelable from the tab without separating the tab from the start end of the web. Thus, some hard problems pertaining to a setup place for a device and manufacturing cost are solved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
