PURPOSE: A sticking and fixing method of a thin metal wire on a thermoplastic film and a device thereof are provided to stick the metal wire on the thermoplastic film according to a random curve shape. CONSTITUTION: A thin resistance wire(8) is stuck on thermoplastic films(1,2) in a curve shape to produce an electrically heated vehicle glazing. The thermoplastic films are maintained on the surface of a cylindrical drum(11) having a punched cylindrical wall by vacuum. A drum(11) is rotated and the wire is fixed and stuck on the film by a wire sticking device(26). The wire sticking device is installed on a carriage(20) to be moved in parallel with a main axis. The carriage is driven by a moving screw(21) to be rotated through a driving motor(22). The driving motor is controlled by a processor(35) via an adjusting amplifier(24) according to a time-movement program. The adjusting amplifier is controlled by the processor. The time-movement program is settled according to the certain curve shape.
