TRANSFER SHEET PRINTED IMAGE FOR CERAMICS PAINTING AND PAINTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably perform a painting to a ceramic product by forming a reverse image (mirror image) by a toner mainly composed of a thermoplastic resin, a charge controlling agent and an inorganic pigment on a transfer sheet by an electro-static charge developing method. SOLUTION: In a transfer sheet for painting used for a painting to a ceramic, a glass, an enamel, a tile and other ceramics (a ceramic product), a printed image is so formed that a reverse image is formed by a transfer method by a toner mainly composed of an inorganic pigment (favorably an inorganic pigment and a glass component), a thermoplastic resin and a charge controlling agent on a transfer sheet. And a printed image forming surface, that is, an uppermost of the printed image surface is formed of the toner of the printed image forming body so obtained by this developing method is applied to the objective ceramic on the objective ceramic product by a water decalcomania process, after a reverse printed image is corrected to a normal printed image on a ceramic product, normally fired at about a temperature of 800-850 deg.C for 5 hours. Whereby a ceramic product with a color ceramic or a full color ceramic is obtained.
