PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stop device, in which a door can be stopped automatically when the door is opened up to a set place and a movable section is not projected from a floor section under the state, in which the door is not stopped, and which is not a hindrance to cleaning and passage, door structure and a stopping method of the door. ;SOLUTION: The door structure has a door 1, a floor 2 and a door stop device 3. An engaging recessed section 11 is formed to the lower end face 10 of the door 1. The door stop device 3 has a fixed magnetic attracting member 30 installed to the engaging recessed section 11 and a door stop tool 31 buried to the floor 2. The door stop tool 31 has a base body 311 and a movable magnetic sticking member 310.
