PURPOSE:To perform the control of raising and lowering a storage container near an underfloor closet. CONSTITUTION:The control switch of a lifting device is provided near the outer peripheral frame 39 of the reverse face of the lid body 10 of an underfloor closet. A signal wire 40 for connecting the control switch to the lifting device is passed through a vacant space inside the reverse side portion of the outer peripheral frame 39 provided on the outer periphery of the lid body 10. Part of the reverse side of the outer peripheral frame 39 is notched at a portion from which the signal wire 40 is allowed out. A guide member 42 made of synthetic resin is fitted into the notched 41 portion. The signal wire 40 passes through a guide channel 44 provided in the guide member 42 and is guided to the outside so as to prevent the signal wire 40 from being broken at its portion led out from the notch 41.
