PURPOSE:To continuously operate a converter, to effectively clean a pipeline even it is not fully filled with water and to automatically clean it without hand by cleaning the pipeline while feeding dust collecting water during operating of a dust collector. CONSTITUTION:A flowing speed of dust collecting water is measured by an electromagnetic flow velocity meter 12 of each pipeline cleaner 6, and its velocity is sent to a deciding unit 14 of a cleaning controller 13 to detect a dust adherence amount. The detected amount is sent to an arithmetic/signal output unit 16, and compared to be calculated with a reference dust adherence amount sent from a setter 15 by the unit 16. When arrival of the detected amount at the reference amount is detected, a signal is sequentially sent from a downstream side of a pipeline 1 from the unit 16 to an automatic valve 10 to be operated and opened. As a result, compressed air is instantaneously injected from a tank 7 through a compressed air injection tube 9 to become a dynamic pressure of gas/water mixture and to become a pressure wave, thereby generating an impact wave when bubbles are moved at a high speed to peel dust 3 adhered to an inner surface of the tube 1.
