PURPOSE: To obtain the device which is easy to disassemble and assemble when, for example, a rotor, etc., in the measuring part is cleaned. ;CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a hopper 2 to hold a substance for packing, a measuring part 6 for measuring the substance for packing under the hopper 2, and a filling part which is disposed under the measuring part 6 and fills a packing paper with the substance for packing measured out by the measuring part 6. The measuring part 6 is supported by a frame 1 and has a cylinder 7 and a rotor 21 which is held in a rotatable manner in the cylinder 7. The measuring part 6 measures the substance for packing in the hopper 2 by making use of hollows 22 formed in the rotor 21; while being so measured, the substance for packing is channelled into the filling part below. The rotor 21 is held by bearings 31, 41 disposed at the two ends of the cylinder 7. Each of these bearings 31, 41 has a flange 32a, 42a. Clamps 14 are provided at the two end sides of the cylinder 7. With the flanges 32a, 42a pressed by the clamps 14, the bearings 31, 41 are held at the two end sides of the cylinder 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
