PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form plural sorts of pleats by one sort of pleating tape. ;SOLUTION: A pleating tape is attached to the heading of a curtain and capable of pleating it. Plural sorts of tapes are estimated which can form required pleats parallel in the longitudinal direction of the tape base material 5 by drawing cords 2.
