PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum active dynamic damper control system by determining the optimum value of a feedback gain matrix H by using a minumin norm method, etc. and optimizing a feed-forward gain matrix Ff to worst input disturbance. CONSTITUTION:Active dynamic dampers are installed at stairs except the foundation stair of a multiple-degree-of-freedom building receiving irregular input disturbance, and a low dimensioned dynamical model considering certain mode behaviors in the behaviors of the building is set. The maximum value of a feedback gain matrix H in which the vector of the variable of state fed back and the manipulated variable of an actuator are related is determined by using a minimum norm method or a minimum error excitation method. A feed-forward gain matrix Ff from a Kalman filter designed regarding worse input disturbance having dominant frequency coinciding with the natural frequency of the building to the manipulated variable of the actuator is optimized to worse input disturbance.
