PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a recess as a housing part on a soft aluminum foil without any breakage by performing a molding process via a gap of the prescribed or more size formed between the recessed inner side of a female die and the projected outer side of a male die. ;SOLUTION: A gap L of 3mm or larger is formed between the recessed inner side of a female die 1 and the projected outer side of a male die 2. When the gap L is smaller and the male die 2 is lowered to press a soft aluminum foil F placed on the female die 1 into the recessed part thereof, the aluminum foil F gives a small elongation and is broken. As a result, a recess as a housing part cannot be formed. When the gap L is over 3mm, the male die 2 forced into the female die 1 does not break the aluminum foil F, due to the existence of a so-called play, and the aluminum foil F is drawn into the recess of the female die 1 from the surrounding area thereof, with the descent of the male die 2, thereby forming the side wall and the bottom of the housing part. Also, the surrounding area of the aluminum foil F remaining without being drawn becomes the horizontal collar part of a vessel, due to the pressing force of the male die 2 and the female die 1, thereby providing an aluminum foil vessel suitable for foil baking.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
