PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy foil having formability necessary for forming a vessel and strength necessary for the vessel, and having excellent corrosion resistance; and to provide a method for manufacturing the aluminum alloy foil, the aluminum alloy foil forming vessel and a food packaging body.;SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy foil contains ≥0.8 to ≤3.0 mass% manganese, ≥0.1 to ≤0.9 mass% silicon, ≥0.1 to ≤1.0 mass% iron, ≥0.05 to ≤0.2 mass% copper, ≥0.000001 to ≤0.01 mass% magnesium, and balance comprising aluminum and inevitable impurities, wherein the ratio of the number of aluminum-manganese-based compounds whose particle size is ≥0.1 to ≤0.5 μm to the number of aluminum-manganese-based compounds whose particle size is ≥1.0 μm is ≥20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
