PURPOSE: To provide a block which has simple structure, can be manufactured at low cost, and can be constructed without difficulty. ;CONSTITUTION: A block is composed of a U-shaped gutter 11 and a rising block 13 which is placed above the opening part of the U-shaped gutter 11 and on which water-guiding holes 15 are partly provided. The rising block 13 is connected to the U-shaped gutter 16 with metallic level adjusters 16, so that the rising block 13 is vertically adjustable relative to the U-shaped gutter 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
