PURPOSE:To perform repair work economically and easily, by continuously performing internal painting to the pipe internal surface in the process in which a lining pig is tracted and operated to move and push in resin arranged in front of the pig. CONSTITUTION:Guide pipes 5 and 6 are connected to the openings on both ends of an underground conduit line 1. With a tracting lanyard 4 inserted from one of the guide pipes 5 and 6 to the other with a lining pig 4 the lining pig 3 is tracted and operated. In the process where resin C arranged in its front with the lining pig 3 is moved in pushing, internal painting is continuously performed to a conduit joint 13 and the pipe internal surface existing in the section to be repaired. The resin C is coated to the pipe internal surface with a spongelike section kept in front of the lining pig 3.
