Disclosed are compounds with the chemical structure:(see formula I), (see formula II), (see formula III),where R1 is a hydrogen or to the nitrogen non-conjugated alkyl group of atmost 6 carbon atoms,that may be substituted as specified below,where X is O, S, Se, N-R5, where R5 is a hydrogen or an alkyl group that maybe substituted asspecified below, or CR6R7, where R6 and R7, which may be same, are hydrogensor alkyl groups,that may be substituted as specified below,where R2, R3 and R4, of which two or all three may be same, are hydrogen,small alkyl groups,that may be substituted as specified below, aryles, or in pair, R2 and R4 orR3 and R4, and incombination with two of the ring atoms, make a 5 or 6-membered aromatic ring,that maycontain 0-2 heteroatoms such as O, S and N-R8 , where R8 is a hydrogen or analkyl group, thatmay be substituted as specified below,where n = 0, 1 or 2,where Y is HC=CH, and A and B are both 0 or 1; if A=0 then B=1 and vice versa,where R9 and R10, which may be same, are hydrogens or to the nitrogen non-conjugated alkylgroups, that maybe substituted as specified below,and R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R9 and R10 are hydrocarbon chain, that mayhave polar residuessuch as hydroxyl groups, alkoxy groups, carboxyl groups or amino groups, andcontain stiff,charged or bulky groups, and one of them has a isothiocyanine, imidyl,sulfonyl chloride orcarbonyl group that is separated by at least one spa-hybridized carbon fromthe aromatic system,and R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8,R9 and R10 are hydrocarbon chain, that mayhave polar residues,such as hydroxyl groups, alkoxy groups, carboxyl groups and amino groups, andone of them hasa carboxylic acid group that is separated by at least one spa-hybridizedcarbon from the aromaticsystem.
