摘要
The invention concerns LASER stereoscopic photolithography (SPL) from a liquid resin precursor, cross-linkable by cationic process, under actinic activation. The aim of the invention is the improvement of known SPL resins ( decrease of volume shrinkage, lower initial viscosity for the resin, optimisation of the mechanical properties of the objects shaped by SPL). To achieve this aim, the invention proposes the use of specifically selected photoinitiators, of the onium borate type, 1) and/or oxoisothiochromanium 2) and/or monosulphonium or polysulphonium 3) and/or organometallic complexes 4) combined, for example, with polydimethylsiloxanes functionalised by groups cross-linkable by cationic process of the epoxy type, under UV LASER. These borates contain fluorosubstituted phenyls. The invention also concerns the corresponding method for making objects by SPL, as well as the liquid composition for initiating the implementation. The invention is applicable to phototype.
